In this course you will learn about the difference between speech, language and communication, and why SLC skills are so important. We have some tips on how to support all children’s SLC development in your setting. We have a chance for you to check your knowledge, a suggestion for reflection, and an idea for your setting. By the end of this course you will be able to begin to explain what speech, language and communication skills are, why they are important, and how to support their development through your provision and practice.
