Play the sensory game! Beautifully engraved tactile wooden pieces to match by feel and stimulate the senses - talk about similarities and differences
Play the game:
Place 9 different pieces into the board. Then see if you can match the pieces visually. (Use the tiles with corners cut off in the board - it makes it easier to get them out)
To make the game harder, place the squared off pieces face down on the table. Then see if you can match the pieces by feel alone. And to add more difficulty - all the pieces could be upside down - or children could be blind folded.
